WATA Announces Video Game Soundtrack Grading

WATA is pleased to announce that now you’ll be able to submit all of your favorite video game soundtrack CD’s for grading! Music is a core part of what makes video games so memorable and what better way to show our appreciation for these works of art than to collect and preserve these timeless tracks.

“As a collector of music myself, I’m thrilled to be able to help bring this new offering to WATA. We’ve worked tirelessly to build out our database and be able to ensure we are offering the best variant identification, authentication and grading to soundtracks. Much like with video games, prints/pressings, condition rarity, and overall rarity are very much prevalent in soundtracks. With music becoming an up-and-coming category in the collectibles space, I’m ecstatic to be breaking ground with video game soundtracks” – Dan Gomez – WATA Head of Research & Authentication
